  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz uncooked pasta (elbow macaroni or preferred shape)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the seasoned chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours until chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken and return it to the pot.
  6. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  7. Add uncooked pasta, cover again, and cook on high for 30–45 minutes until pasta is tender.
