  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, drain, and cool on a towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, one cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Fill each noodle with about ¼ cup of filling and roll tightly; place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) covered for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
