  • 1/3 cup hot pepper jelly

Instructions

  4. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C); line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Roll chilled dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  7. Press a thumbprint into each ball and fill with about 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper jelly.
  8. Bake for 13–15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
