  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
