4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt, to taste
1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
2 tablespoons freshly cracked black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with salt on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
