  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 cup gruyere cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Slice onions and caramelize them in a skillet with butter and olive oil over medium heat for about 40 minutes.
  2. Cook bacon (or turkey bacon/chicken) in a large skillet until crispy; reserve drippings.
