  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into the lined cups.
  3. Prepare the streusel by mixing flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter.
  4. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then add flour and egg.
