Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in apple cider and vanilla extract until well combined.

  6. Drop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
