Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in eggs, apple cider, and vanilla until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Drop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet with space between each.
  7. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
