  • 5 oz arugula
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped figs
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Toss the pecans with maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until toasted.
