  • 1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • 2 cans fire roasted diced tomatoes (14.5 oz each)
  • 1 can black beans (15 or 16 oz)
  • 1 can kidney beans (15 or 16 oz)
  • 1 can pinto beans (15 or 16 oz)
  • 1 can corn (15 or 16 oz)

Instructions

  2. Add all canned ingredients (do not drain) into the pot. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes to meld flavors.
