- 1 can pumpkin purée (15 oz)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ⅓ cup tahini
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup ice water
